Terms & Conditions

• We will provide all necessary guidance & civil construction drawings for carrying out the works at the time of booking of your order from our works. These all civil works are to be carried out by you at your cost & supervision As per attached Annexure. A. The cost of these are not included in the above prices.
• Prices are for delivery Ex-works, Vithal Udyognaar, Gujarat (India), P&F, freight-transportation, Octroi, Insurance charges and clearing agent charges if any etc. will be paid by you. Please intimate your CST & ST Regn. Nos. at the time of ordering. The validity of our above prices is for One Month only.
• Delivery : The delivery will be 3- 5 months after getting your firm order alongwith 50% advance payment of total value of our final quotation. However, final delivery time will be fixed at the time of order finalization. The delivery of machinery will be made as per following
  • Balance full & final payment to be paid by DD payable at Anand / Vallabh Vidyanagar, Gujarat only.
  • Against CST form C and other sales tax forms if required to be sent by you (for the transporter)
  • If desired, you may depute your representative for the personal inspection and taking delivery of machineries from our works.

• Unloading : The heavy & weightable pressure vessel shell or other heavy machinery is not possible to unload by pulling or dragging and also not possible to erect on foundation. Hence for unloading purpose there will be need of Mobile crane and all unloading expenses will be borne by you.
• Installation / Erection : We will deliver our machinery only after completion of civil construction works with electrical, water piping fittings etc. as per the drg. We will depute 4-5 persons for the erection work. After the reaching of machinery at your site, we will erect all the machinery within 3-5 days time, where we need electric power supply, water for erection etc. and also you have to provide us skilled / unskilled labours as required at your cost. Lodging & boarding and To & Fro as well as local traveling for our personnel to be arrange by you at your cost as follows Traveling Expenses : Only in India by 2nd AC in Superfast train or if one engineer is needed will be traveled by Air from our plae to your site (to & fro) and local traveling. In case out of India, traveling will be by Air and local traveling. The details of approx. total traveling need are as under :
  • 1 Person : Visit for layout or inspection in between the time of civil construction works progress (visit for 2 full days).
  • 4 Persons : For erection & commissioning work (visit for 4-5 full days).
  • 1 Person : For giving the actual running trial of plant machinery as well as for giving training to your person for uses of machinery etc. (visit for 2 full days).
  • 1 Person : For final inspection after 1 - 2 months from starting the use of plant (visit for 2 full days).

Thus, total 7 persons will visit your site. All the above traveling & lodging and boarding charges are to be paid by cash at the time of every visit. You may also spare one person (who should be minimum a graduate or educated) as an Incharge of the plant, to whom the timber process technology to be transferred by our engineers. Erection charges are included in our prices, except the above expenses.

• We are not responsible for any type of queries or objection from the pollution control board or any Govt. authorities.
• Guarantee : We give One Year warrantee against only defective material in our supply (without V-belt & Bearings & rubber ring). If the defects arrives due to un-efficient operating of the plant machinery or not doing day-to-day maintenance of the plant machinery carefully as per our given instructions and / or due to un-fortune circumstance causes the plant machineries damage during warrantee period, our one person will visit your site at your cost and will give only necessary guidance for repairing. The repairing works to be carried out by you at your cost and supervision.
• This letter is subject to Force major conditions. Order once placed cannot be cancelled and if cancelled from your end, the advance payment will not be repaid. Our quoted prices and all terms & conditions are un-negotiable.
• Subject to Anand (Gujarat) Jurisdiction only.
• We reserve the right to change the technical data and list of machinery as well as parts-list without prior notice for better performance.
